U.S. Shipping & Tracking Information:
We offer Free Standard Shipping with Tracking within the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service or UPS (depending on the item(s) you ordered) . Priority 2-3 Day Shipping with Tracking via U.S. Postal Service is available at Check-Out as well as 2nd Day Guaranteed Priority Express shipping. Overnight Delivery thru the U.S. Postal Service is not available at this time. If you need overnight delivery we may be able to ship your order via UPS Please Email Us for a quote. Regardless of what method your order will ship by, we will email you with tracking for it so please add us to your Approved Sender email list to ensure delivery or our emails.
International Shipping and Tracking Information:
We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand via Air-Mail. This option may be selected at Check-Out. Canadian Shipping - $10.95 per order* Australia, New Zealand, Europe - $16.95 per order* At Check-Out, choose the shipping option for your location. We Ship using Standard Air-Mail or Global Priority and delivery time will vary depending on your location and your country's Customs Department. Tracking is available. Get it faster! You may upgrade your shipping to Global-Priority with tracking information. Just Email Us for additional shipping costs and shipping time estimates. *Please Note these exceptions: For our Stick Umbrellas, Orders over 2 Pounds (.91 kilos) and other Oversized International Orders, we will contact you via Email requesting additional shipping charges to pay the extra postage required for these exceptions. We will not, however, apply any additional charges without your prior authorization. Questions? please Email Us with the items you would like to order and we will provide you the shipping cost.
- International Customs Info: Your country may have a Customs Fee or Tariff that will be applied to your order. Unfortunately due to the number of countries we ship to and continually changing policies, we do not have current information on the types of products or order values that will incur customs fees or the amount of those fees. Please contact your country's custom's office or your local post office for more information. We are not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, Custom's Charges or additional handling charges your country may require on your order. Thank you.
Shipping & Delivery:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from ArtistGifts.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. (Exceptions to the 30 day limit will be made for Gifts.)

We Accept - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards and Check or Money Orders.
- You can order online via our secure check out using a credit or debit card or PayPal.

- Gift Orders & Gift Services:
At ArtistGifts.com we specialize in gifts!
- During Check out you can choose to have us mail your gift directly to the recipient. Don't worry about prices, we will not include them with your gift. Instead, you will receive your receipt via Email and your recipient will receive their gift with only the order number and who has sent it. We also have different gift options including gift wrap, gift box or greeting cards, depending on the product. You will find available options when ordering.
- Broken, Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, damaged or defective item please Contact Us as soon as possible via email: Service@ArtistGifts.com or Call us at: 541-416-2571.
- We will promptly replace the item at no cost to you and arrange for it to be returned to us if necessary. (Many issues can be handled without returning an item if you send us a photo via email or smart phone.)
Note: Please keep packaging and contents until you hear from us as without them we can not process a damage claim.
- Customer Account and Order Information:
You will receive an email with your order information when you place an order. If you would like to access your order information online or update your account information you can do so by using the Account Link at the top of our webpages. Privacy & Security:All information which you provide to us is confidential and we will never sell or share this information. We do however require your Email address when ordering online to confirm your order-receipt and/or if we need to contact you regarding any issues with your purchase, for example, an item may be currently out of stock or we might need to clarify shipping info.
