We ship most of our products to Canada, Europe, Russia, Australia and New Zealand via Air-Mail. The following options can be selected during Check-Out.
Canadian Shipping - $9.95 per order*
Australia, New Zealand, Russia & Europe - $14.95 per order*
- At Check-Out, choose the shipping option for your location.
- We Ship by Standard Air-Mail or Global Priority and delivery time will vary depending on your location and your country's Customs Department.
- Sorry, Tracking Service is currently not available for Standard Air-Mail Shipping.
- If you would like Tracking Service, please upgrade your shipping to Global-Priority which includes Tracking Service. Please Contact Us for additional shipping costs and shipping time estimates.
*Note: For Stick Umbrellas and other large or oversized International Orders we may contact you via e-mail requesting additional shipping charges to pay the additional postage required for such orders. We will not, however, apply any additional charges without your prior authorization.
International Customs Information:
Your country may have a Customs Fee or Tariff that will be applied to your order. Unfortunately due to the number of countries we ship to and continually changing policies, we do not have current information on the types of products or order values that will incur customs fees or the amount of those fees. You can contact your country's custom's office or your local post office for more information. We are not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, Custom's Charges or additional handling charges your country may require on your order.
