How To Order:
We Accept - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards and Check or Money Orders.
• To order online:
Begin by Clicking on the "Buy Now" button for the product you wish to order, then type the quantity you want in the small box and click the "Add to Basket" button. This will put the items in your Shopping Basket. To Continue Shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button at the top of each Product Page or click the "Check-Out" button to finish your purchase.
You can remove items or change quantities in your Shopping Basket by either clicking the "Remove" button on the left side or "Change Quantities" button on the right side.
At any time you may use the easy "View / Edit Basket" Link located at the top right of the page. When you are satisfied with the items in your Shopping Basket, click the "Check-Out" Button and finish the order by entering billing, shipping, credit card and payment information. You can also pay with PayPal. Once your payment is complete you will be taken to a page with a print option for your order, you will also receive an Email with your order information as well. Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an additional Email with shipping and tracking information.

Gift Orders & Gift Wrapping:
We can mail your gift directly to the recipient. Don't worry about the receipt, we will not include it with your gift. Instead, you will receive your receipt via Email.
2 Easy Gift Options!
1. For jewelry, watches, the neckties and our silk scarves we will gift wrap your selection in a decorative gift box with gold bow and gold gift tag for a small charge. We can add your message to the gift tag or leave it blank so that you may write your own.
2. For all other items, we can include a greeting card with several styles to choose from including "Happy Birthday" and seasonal greeting cards. For your convenience we will fill out your greeting card with your message and include it in the box with your gift. Again, there will be a small charge at Check-Out for this service.
It's easy and convenient, just select the Gift Wrap or Greeting Card option when adding the item to your shopping cart at Check Out, then add a message you want to include.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. (Exceptions to the 30 day limit will be made for Gifts.)

Broken, Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, damaged or defective item please Contact Us as soon as possible via email: Service@ArtistGifts.com or by phone: 541-416-2571.
We will promptly replace the item at no cost to you and arrange for it to be returned to us. Note: Please keep packaging and contents until you hear from us.
All information which you provide to us is confidential and we will never sell or share this information. We do however require your Email address when ordering online to confirm your order-receipt and/or if we need to contact you regarding any issues with your purchase, for example, an item may be currently out of stock or we might need to clarify shipping info.
Our website is PCI compliant is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. In addition we use regular Malware Scanning to keep you safe when visting our site.
When placing an order online, we implement a variety of security measures when a user submits their personal information. All personal, sensitive and credit information you supply when placing an order is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is processed through a secured gateway provider. This is the most secure type of encryption available, look for the Secure Lock when you start to checkout.
In addition, all personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
For additional fraud protection we require a CVV code (usually on back of card) to be entered along with your credit card number and expiration date. This feature goes along way to protect you from unauthorized charges. If you aren't sure where your CVV code is located don't worry. We have a diagram showing it's location when you are checking out. Your CVV credit card code will only be used to authorize a purchase and will never be stored.

We offer Free Standard Shipping with Tracking within the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service or UPS (depending on the item(s) you ordered) .
Get it faster with Priority Shipping with Tracking via U.S. Postal Service, available at Check-Out as well as 2nd Day Guaranteed Express shipping.
Overnight Delivery - Via Express Mail is not available at this time.

We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand via Air-Mail. This option may be selected at Check-Out.
