How To Order:

To order online:
Begin by Clicking on the "Buy Now" button for the product you wish to order, then type the quantity you want in the small box and click the "Add to Basket" button. This will put the items in your Shopping Basket. To Continue Shopping, click the "Continue Shopping Button" at the top of each Product Page or click the "Checkout" button to finish your purchase.
You can remove items or change quantities in your Shopping Basket by either clicking the remove button on the left side or change quantities button on the right side near the product amount. Another option is to use the "View / Edit Basket" Link located at the top of the page. When you are satisfied with the items in your Shopping Basket, click the  "Checkout" Button and finish the order by entering billing, shipping, credit card and payment information or choose the PayPal button to access the Paypal checkout. Once your payment is complete you will be taken to a page with an option to print out details of your order, you will also receive an email with your order information as well. Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an additional email with shipping information. Gift Orders & Gift Wrapping:

We can mail your gift directly to the recipient. Don't worry about the receipt, we will not include it with your gift. You will receive your receipt via E-mail.

We have 2 options for Gifts depending on the type of product you are ordering.

1. For jewelry, watches, the neckties and our silk scarves we will gift wrap your selection in a decorative gift box with elastic gold bow and gold gift tag for an extra charge. We can add your message to the gift tag or leave it blank so that you may write your own.

2. For all other items we carry, we will include a gift card for an extra charge. We have several styles to choose from including "Happy Birthday" and seasonal gift cards. For your convenience we will fill out the card you select with your message and include it in the box with your gift.

Just select the Gift Wrap or Gift Card option when adding the item to your shopping cart and then type an add the message you would like us to include on your gift tag.

Guarantee of Satisfaction & Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order at ArtistGifts.com.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or your gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the cost (excluding shipping charges) of your new and unused merchandise within
30 days of delivery
. For Orders returned after 30 days a 10% Re-Stocking fee - minimum of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund.

Please include your order number, name, address and a phone number where you can be reached along with the reason for your return and the action you want taken. Please package the item carefully and insure it for it's value.
We can not issue refunds for damaged or lost items.

We do however require your email address when ordering online to confirm your order-receipt and/or if we need to contact you regarding any issues with your purchase, for example, an item may be currently out of stock.

We also now require a CMV code (usually on back of card) to be entered along with your credit card number and expiration date. This feature goes along way to protect you from unauthorized charges. If you aren't sure where your CMV Code is located don't worry. We have a diagram showing it's location when you are checking out.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping within the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service or UPS (depending on the item(s) you ordered) on all of our products except our Artist Gift Bears.

For faster delivery, Priority Shipping option is available at Check-Out as well as
2nd Day Guaranteed Express.

Overnight Via Exress Mail
is not currently available. If you need overnight delivery we may be able to ship your order via UPS - Please Contact Us for a quote.

We ship most of our products to Canada, Europe, Russia, Australia and New Zealand via Air-Mail. This option can be selected during Check-Out.

Canadian Shipping - $9.95 per order*

Australia, New Zealand, Russia & Europe - $14.95 per order*

  • Shipping is by Standard Air-Mail and delivery time will vary depending on your location and your country's Customs Department.
  • Sorry, No Tracking is currently available on Standard Air-Mail Shipping.
  • If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Global-Priority which includes tracking Contact Us for additional shipping costs and shipping time estimates.

Your country may have a Customs Fee or Tariff that will be applied to your order. Unfortunately due to the number of countries we ship to and continually changing policies, we do not have current information on the types of products or order values that will incur customs fees or the amount of those fees.
