Orders are shipped from Oregon, normally the next business day after your order is placed.

Priority Shipping - Just $9.95 - Flat Rate no minimum purchase! (U.S. Orders Only)
U.S. Postal Service Priority Shipping is only $9.95 - per order - unless we are having a special discount promotion on Priority Shipping.
Delivery is usually 2-3 business days from the date your order is shipped, however, your package may take longer depending on holidays, weather conditions and your location.

2 Day Guaranteed Shipping - (U.S. Orders Only)
2nd Day Guaranteed Shipping rates start at $28.95 per order and may be higher depending on the size of your order. We will contact you with an accurate shipping quote for your order.
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days from the date your order is shipped (normally the next business day after it is placed).

APO/FPO Military Shipping Information:
Show our service men and women you support them by sending them a special gift! We ship to all APO/FPO addresses and can process the necessary Customs forms for you. For overseas locations choose Priority Shipping.

We ship most of our products to Canada, Europe, Russia, Australia and New Zealand via Air-Mail. The following options can be selected during Check-Out.
Canadian Shipping - $9.95 per order*
Australia, New Zealand, Russia & Europe - $14.95 per order*
- At Check-Out, choose the shipping option for your location.
- We Ship using Standard Air-Mail or Global Priority and delivery time will vary depending on your location and your country's Customs Department.
- Sorry, Tracking Service is currently not available for Standard Air-Mail Shipping.
- If you would like Tracking Service, please upgrade your shipping to Global-Priority which includes Tracking Service. Please Contact Us for additional shipping costs and shipping time estimates.
*Note: For Stick Umbrellas, Orders Weighing over 2 pounds (.91 kilos) and other Oversized International Orders we will contact you via e-mail requesting additional shipping charges to pay the additional postage required. We will not, however, apply any additional charges without your prior authorization.

Unfortunately due to the number of countries we ship to and continually changing policies, we do not have current information on the types of products or order values that will incur customs fees or the amount of those fees.
