If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or your gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the cost (excluding shipping charges) of your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. For Orders returned after 30 days a 10% Re-Stocking fee - minimum of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund.For a return authorization number, Contact our Returns Department at: Returns@artistgifts.com
Please include your order number, name, address and a phone number where you can be reached along with the reason for your return and the action you want taken. Please package items carefully and insure it for it's value. We can not issue refunds for damaged or lost items.
We accept returns by UPS and the USPS.
